Our compliance procedures are consistently applied to both institutional and private clients, in accordance with laws and guidelines as laid down by the various supervising bodies where the PMP Group of Companies has its offices.

We encourage potential clients to obtain appropriate professional advice before setting up any structure. In certain cases, we might require confirmation that appropriate tax advice has been obtained.

We reserve the right to refuse any client if they fail to provide sufficient or satisfactory due diligence.
